Associate Director, Workforce Management Leader (MENA)

About the role

The Associate Director – Workforce Management Leader will drive the Experience Management function across the MENA region, ensuring the right talent is allocated to the right projects at the right time. This senior role partners with senior leadership to optimise talent utilisation, support demand cycles and deliver on the firm’s talent promise.

Key responsibilities

• Own the XM brand and value realisation within Consulting’s leadership, Sub‑Service Line Leaders and Partner groups across MENA.
• Define and execute supply‑and‑demand strategy in collaboration with the COO, Sub‑Service Line Leads and Business Enablement.
• Identify and implement talent‑pool productivity initiatives, manage bench capacity and conduct monthly performance reviews.
• Manage revenue leakage and data‑quality initiatives to enable rapid decision‑making.
• Coordinate cross‑border deployment of people, working with EY internal teams (Talent, Immigration, CBTS, Procurement) and guide partners on timelines and welfare considerations.
• Drive experience‑management by creating career experiences that influence staffing decisions.
• Ensure seamless connectivity between pursuit teams and experience‑management resources across near‑shore/off‑shore hubs, graduate programmes and GDS FTE pools.
• Facilitate productivity pushes with Sub‑Service Line Leaders, Engagement Partners and Managers.

Required profile

• Proven leader in resource management or workforce‑planning within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with experience influencing senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute supply‑and‑demand strategies.
• Experience managing talent‑pool optimisation, bench management and performance reviews.
• Ability to navigate complex, multi‑country deployment and immigration considerations.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on data quality and revenue protection.
