About the role
Kasih Food Production Co. is seeking a full‑time Automation Engineer to join its Jordan facility. The role focuses on designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining automation systems that support the company’s innovative food‑production processes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and program PLC WinCC Siemens solutions for production equipment.
- Integrate automation hardware and software, ensuring reliable communication between devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues to maintain optimal equipment performance.
- Monitor process control systems and implement optimisations for efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands‑on experience with PLC WinCC Siemens programming and system integration.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus.
