B2B Sales Executive - Industrial Materials

About the role

Petra Calcium Carbonate Co. (PCCC), a Jordanian company founded in 2003 and based in Amman, supplies high-purity calcium carbonate products to industries such as glass, animal feed, paints and plastics. It is hiring a full-time, on-site B2B Sales Executive for industrial materials in Amman, responsible for developing and managing sales of calcium carbonate products to industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads and conduct customer visits and product presentations.
• Prepare and negotiate quotations and contracts, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity and give feedback to support pricing and product development.
• Meet sales targets, keep accurate sales records and represent the company professionally at industry events and meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in industrial B2B sales or materials supply is highly beneficial; fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site, visit customers regularly and travel within Jordan and to regional markets.

Required skills

• Strong B2B sales and account management skills, including lead generation, negotiation and closing deals.
• Knowledge of industrial materials or chemicals, preferably calcium carbonate or related products.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills for market research, sales reporting and forecasting.
• Proficiency in basic business software (e.g. MS Office) and experience with CRM or sales management tools.
