Back End Developer (Laravel, PHP, React)

About the role

CTI is looking for an experienced Back End Developer to join its Amman office. You will design, build, and maintain server‑side applications and APIs that power internal systems and external eCommerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable Laravel‑based web applications.
• Build, document and optimise REST APIs and backend services.
• Implement real‑time features using WebSockets, broadcasting and live notifications.
• Design efficient database structures, write performant queries and tune MySQL performance.
• Work with queues, background jobs, Redis and asynchronous processing.
• Collaborate with front‑end developers (React, Livewire, Filament) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Deploy, monitor and maintain production environments using Docker.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging and continuous integration pipelines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in Laravel, PHP and MySQL.
• Hands‑on experience with Livewire, Filament and React.
• Proven ability to design, develop and optimise REST APIs.
• Experience with real‑time applications, WebSockets and background processing.
