Bellperson – Luxury Resort Guest Services

About the role

The Bellperson is the first and last point of contact for guests at the Holiday Inn Resort Dead Sea. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will create a warm and memorable arrival and departure experience in line with IHG standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with luggage handling, storage, transportation, and delivery requests.
• Escort guests to their rooms, explaining hotel facilities, services, and room features.
• Provide accurate information about hotel outlets, operating hours, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Concierge teams to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance areas, luggage room, and bell desk.
• Assist with transportation arrangements, taxi requests, and guest directions.
• Support VIP arrivals, group arrivals, and special events as directed by management.
• Follow hotel safety, security, and emergency procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in front office, guest services, bell service or a similar customer‑facing role (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and transport guest luggage safely.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
