BIM Coordinator – Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our Amman office and lead Building Information Modeling activities on large‑scale infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, rail and bridges. The role involves managing BIM processes across multidisciplinary teams and ensuring that models meet technical and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM activities across multidisciplinary teams, integrating design elements from architecture, civil and structural disciplines.
• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, standards and workflows tailored to infrastructure projects.
• Perform clash detection, resolve conflicts and optimise designs using advanced BIM software.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure BIM models satisfy project requirements and delivery schedules.
• Lead regular BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support to team members.
• Create high‑quality 3D visualisations and simulations for client presentations and project reviews.
• Implement quality‑control processes for BIM deliverables.
• Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in KSA, Dubai and the UAE.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience delivering infrastructure projects using BIM, in line with ISO 19650 standards.
• Proven ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary environments.
• Strong understanding of 3D modelling, visualisation techniques and infrastructure design principles.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes and project lifecycles.
• Relevant BIM certification is a plus.
