Branch Operations Manager

About the role

Jordan Limousines Services (JO Limo) is looking for a Branch Manager to join its Operations team. The role oversees daily branch operations, coordinates driver and vehicle dispatching, manages bookings and last-minute requests, and ensures drivers and vehicles are always ready to deliver services efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Coordinate and dispatch drivers and vehicles according to scheduled bookings.
• Monitor daily bookings and handle last-minute requests and schedule changes.
• Ensure drivers are punctual, available and properly assigned, and that vehicles are clean, presentable and in good condition before dispatch.
• Monitor driver attendance, vehicle availability and operational performance.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs and replacement vehicles when needed.
• Handle operational issues, delays and service-related complaints.
• Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Experience in transportation, fleet management, logistics or operations.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, coordination and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and last-minute requests.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and operational management systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Arabic and English proficiency.
