Project Manager - Automotive Marketing & Logistics

About the role

AutoBeeb is hiring a full-time, on-site Project Manager based in Amman. The role oversees the planning, execution and delivery of automotive marketing and logistics initiatives across the company's platform, working with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope and timelines and monitor progress against quality, budget and schedule targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners and address operational challenges.
• Ensure expediting, inspection and logistics activities support project goals.
• Contribute to process improvement, risk management and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing projects, preferably in automotive, e-commerce or logistics organisations.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Project management and expediting knowledge and hands-on expediting experience.
• Knowledge of inspection practices and logistics management.
• Comfort with digital tools, project management software and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective stakeholder management.
