About the role

Telescope Medical Center is seeking motivated Call Center Representatives to provide professional support to patients. You will be the first point of contact, handling both inbound and outbound calls while ensuring a high level of service quality.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer and place calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Schedule appointments and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Deliver accurate information about medical services and procedures.
  • Document call details and patient interactions in the system.
  • Maintain patient satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.

Required profile

  • At least 1 year of experience in a call‑center or similar environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems is a plus.
