Case Analyst (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Binance, a global blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency exchange, is looking for an Arabic-speaking Case Analyst. The role handles global law enforcement inquiries and supports anti-money laundering and counter-financing of terrorism compliance work.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and review all forms of global law enforcement inquiries
• Perform blockchain tracing and preliminary investigations into unusual activities
• Assist with pre-SAR filing mitigating controls and client offboarding
• Take part in internal and external training on AML/CFT and related topics
• Liaise with stakeholders to share knowledge
• Carry out general administration related to the above functions

Required profile

• At least 1-2 years of direct experience in a compliance or regulatory-facing role, with good knowledge of relevant rules and regulations
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
• Good analytical skills, systematic approach and logical thinking
• Proactive, ambitious and user-focused, with a strong sense of accountability over the law enforcement engagement process
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and manage time well
• Nice to have: knowledge of local laws and regulations applicable to virtual currency, and familiarity with blockchain analytics tools or manual fund tracking via block explorers
