About the role

The Cash Van Sales Supervisor manages and supervises the cash van sales team so that sales targets are met, market coverage is effective and sales activities are carried out properly across the assigned routes.

Key responsibilities

Supervise the distribution of Hammoudeh products to consumers and approved markets according to the set schedule.
Monitor market trends and changes in competitor products.
Identify and report market needs for the company's products.
Open new communication lines with potential clients and markets in the assigned area.
Conduct regular field visits to customers.
Ensure proper implementation of promotions, pricing and merchandising standards.
Oversee the performance of sales representatives and ensure proper workflow.
Train and develop the sales representatives in the team.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in the food or FMCG field is required.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
