Community & Engagement Moderator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Community & Engagement Moderator to manage and grow our online presence across Instagram, Facebook, broadcast channels, groups, and other community spaces. The role focuses on fostering active, positive interactions while supporting occasional content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Moderate and engage with our online communities on social media platforms, broadcast channels, and groups.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and in a friendly manner.
• Monitor brand presence to ensure a positive community experience.
• Brainstorm and support ideas for social media content and engagement campaigns.
• Assist in filming short‑form video content; being comfortable on camera is a plus.
• Write engaging captions and copy for posts and community updates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and community initiatives.
• Track engagement metrics and provide simple weekly/monthly performance updates.
• Support day‑to‑day social media tasks as needed.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; creativity and enthusiasm are essential.
• Background or interest in social media, community moderation, customer engagement, or content creation.
• Strong written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Friendly, professional, and organized approach to online interaction.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable with basic video editing.

Required skills

• Basic video editing using CapCut or similar tools.
