Content and Social Media Specialist

About the role

SADDA, a leading architecture and interior design firm, is looking for a full‑time Content and Social Media Specialist to join its Amman office. You will create and manage high‑quality content across social platforms, plan digital campaigns, and engage the online community to strengthen the brand’s presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, produce, and schedule engaging content for all social media channels.
• Plan and execute digital and social media marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor, respond to, and nurture the online community to boost brand interaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content supports broader marketing strategies and maintains consistent messaging.
• Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust tactics for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proficiency in social media marketing and content creation.
• Experience in digital marketing and general marketing strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to craft engaging content.
• Ability to interpret social media analytics and optimize strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
