About the role
Join Extensya’s dedicated Travel Agency project in Amman as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for travelers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth travel experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to travel bookings and itineraries.
- Resolve problems quickly while maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Collaborate with the travel operations team to update reservations and provide accurate information.
- Work flexible shifts to cover peak travel periods.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in the travel agency field.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Commitment and flexibility to work shifts.
