About the role

Join Extensya’s dedicated Travel Agency project in Amman as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for travelers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth travel experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to travel bookings and itineraries.
  • Resolve problems quickly while maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Collaborate with the travel operations team to update reservations and provide accurate information.
  • Work flexible shifts to cover peak travel periods.

Required profile

  • Extensive experience in the travel agency field.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Commitment and flexibility to work shifts.
