About the role
Unifonic is looking for a Customer Solutions Consultant to help enterprise customers accelerate digital transformation through cloud communication. You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with sales, engineering, and support teams to design, propose, and implement tailored communication solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the technical liaison between sales and product teams, guiding deals through the sales cycle.
- Understand customer pain points, business goals, and requirements to recommend appropriate cloud communication solutions.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, RFP responses, and related documentation.
- Deliver product demos, pilots, and proof‑of‑concepts to showcase value.
- Provide feedback to product, sales, and support on client use cases and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and execute Success Plans, manage day‑to‑day customer success activities, and drive adoption while minimizing churn.
- Support upselling and cross‑selling initiatives in partnership with Sales/Account Management.
- Participate in escalation handling and proactive projects to improve client efficiency.
Required profile
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience selling technology solutions or providing technical consultation in SaaS, telecommunications, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Software, or another IT‑related discipline.
- Proven ability to build relationships with CXO‑level decision makers.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
