Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist (Hospitality & F&B)

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to drive brand growth for hospitality and F&B clients. The role combines account management with hands‑on campaign execution across social platforms, digital advertising, influencer collaborations and events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with hospitality and F&B clients.
• Lead planning and execution of campaigns on social media, digital ads, influencer marketing and events.
• Coordinate food photography, venue shoots and overall content production.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and provide actionable insights.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new‑business development.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, hospitality, account management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of hospitality brands, customer experience and seasonal marketing.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Familiarity with Jordan’s restaurant, café and hotel industry is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite.
