Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Leaders Center, one of Jordan's leading retail organizations, is expanding its marketing presence and is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist in Amman. The role manages and executes digital marketing activities focused on paid advertising, campaign optimization, customer engagement, lead generation and online sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage digital channels and content calendars in line with the company's marketing strategy and brand identity.
• Create, manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Monitor advertising budgets and improve campaign performance and ROAS.
• Track website traffic, conversions, leads and online sales.
• Run CRM, remarketing, customer segmentation, WhatsApp, SMS and email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches and seasonal marketing activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
• Proven experience independently managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Good command of Arabic and English.
• Relevant Google or Meta certifications are an advantage.

• Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 and Meta Business Suite
• Experience with advertising budgets, ROAS, CPA, CPL and conversion tracking
• CRM, remarketing and customer retention
• Strong Excel, analytical, communication and organizational skills
