Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Internship

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Internship) will help Barq increase its online presence and attract trainers and learners across the Arab world. Working full‑time in a hybrid setting from Amman, you will support data‑driven campaigns that boost brand visibility and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule social media content across relevant platforms.
• Assist in setting up and monitoring paid advertising campaigns.
• Analyze website and campaign performance using web analytics tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend optimisation actions.
• Collaborate with trainers on promotional activities and support email marketing initiatives.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Marketing, Business, Communications or related program.
• Strong interest in performance‑based digital marketing and online education.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

Required skills

• Google Analytics (or similar web analytics tools)
• Canva (or comparable content creation tools)
