Digital Strategy Manager

About the role

The Digital Strategy Manager will lead the definition, articulation, and execution of Nextwo’s digital strategy across its regional and international operations. This senior role ensures that digital initiatives are aligned with business objectives, governance frameworks, and enterprise architecture standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the definition and continuous refinement of the digital strategy and roadmap.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and programs.
• Contribute to defining the Digital North Star architecture and capability model.
• Facilitate alignment between HQ Digital Strategy and country‑level execution teams.
• Work closely with the D&T team to ensure strategy alignment with target architecture and standards.
• Integrate digital initiatives across TMS, ERP, data platforms, and operational systems.
• Support digital transformation projects in international subsidiaries (Europe & Pakistan).
• Define and track digital KPIs and value‑realization metrics such as automation rate, cost efficiency, and service performance.
• Develop executive dashboards and reports for the leadership team.
• Monitor program progress, highlighting risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital Media, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in digital strategy, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and emerging digital trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Creative, customer‑centric thinker.
