Senior Microsoft 365 Enterprise Architect (L3/L4)

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Enterprise Architect to lead, secure and optimise our enterprise cloud ecosystem. The role involves full tenant ownership, advanced troubleshooting, governance and long‑term architectural planning for Microsoft 365 services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3/4 support for Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Proactively monitor tenant health, service advisories, security score and compliance posture.
• Manage DNS, custom domains, identity configurations and hybrid/cloud environments.
• Plan and execute tenant‑to‑tenant migrations.
• Design and implement best‑practice architectures for security, compliance, governance and user experience.
• Drive continuous improvement and strategic optimisation of the Microsoft 365 platform.

Required profile

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert / Enterprise Administrator (MS‑102 or equivalent).
• Proven experience managing enterprise‑scale Microsoft 365 tenants.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft cloud architecture and advanced troubleshooting.
• Strong business‑to‑technical solution mindset.
• Preferably experience in MSP or multi‑tenant enterprise environments and security/compliance specialisation.
