Dynamics 365 CRM Associate Consultant

About the role

PwC is looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Associate Consultant to join its Digital & Cyber Business Unit. You will design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions and Power Platform components for regional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing.
• Develop Business Process Flows, Business Rules, Plugins, custom workflow activities, and APIs using C#/.NET and the XRM SDK.
• Implement client‑side scripting with JavaScript/TypeScript for form logic and UI enhancements.
• Build advanced UI scenarios using PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls.
• Design and develop Model‑Driven and Canvas apps, and automate processes with Power Automate.
• Work with Dataverse for entity modeling, relationships, business rules, and security roles.
• Create integrations using REST APIs, OData, and the Dataverse Web API.

• Strong technical background with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
• Experience delivering solutions that follow Microsoft best practices.
