Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Specialist to lead the deployment and ongoing support of our ERP platform in a healthcare environment. The role spans the pre‑operational phase through post‑opening, ensuring smooth implementation, continuous improvement, and high system reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ERP deployment, analysing business processes and gathering stakeholder requirements.
• Understand and validate vendor configurations across finance, HR, and supply chain modules.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and end‑users during implementation and training.
• Manage change requests, provide 2nd‑line support, and troubleshoot technical and functional issues.
• Control application change‑management, monitor system performance, and ensure data integrity.
• Lead ERP upgrades, patches, and testing activities.
• Document support processes, maintain knowledge‑base articles, and create clear workflow documentation.
• Conduct user training sessions and workshops.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience implementing SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion in at least two functional areas (HCM, SCM, Finance).
• Proven ERP implementation experience in the healthcare sector.
• Strong project‑management and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional coordination.
