ERP Accounting Systems Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an ERP Accounting Systems Specialist to join our finance team. The role combines strong accounting expertise with advanced knowledge of ERP platforms to ensure accurate financial data, efficient processes, and continuous system improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Operate and maintain the ERP system, ensuring data integrity and proper integration.
• Support system improvements and optimize accounting workflows within the ERP.
• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and accounting analyses.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash‑flow processes.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to improve system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP‑related accounting issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of accounting experience.
• Strong experience with ERP systems such as Zoho, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical abilities.
• High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
