ERP Officer – Microsoft Dynamics 365

About the role

The ERP Officer will support, maintain, and enhance ADC's ERP environment to ensure smooth business operations. Working on‑site in Aqaba, the role collaborates with finance, procurement, warehouse, CRM and other departments to deliver reliable system performance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, monitoring performance and resolving incidents.
• Provide technical and functional support to users across multiple business functions.
• Assist with system testing, upgrades, enhancements, integrations and User Acceptance Testing.
• Develop reports, dashboards and business insights using Power BI and related tools.
• Support Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate and Model‑Driven Apps.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, user guides and operational procedures.
• Deliver user training to promote effective adoption of ERP solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security and appropriate access management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar ERP systems.
• Experience in ERP administration and basic implementation.
• Professional certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP systems or Power Platform are a plus.
