Event & Partner Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Event & Partner Marketing Specialist will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of regional field and partner marketing programmes that drive measurable business outcomes. Working closely with Sales, Partnerships, Business Units and technology alliances, you will translate strategic priorities into high‑impact campaigns that support ZainTECH’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and manage 10‑12 event and partner marketing activities each quarter across designated regions.
• Develop and execute integrated event campaigns (executive roundtables, leadership dinners, webinars, roadshows, partner‑driven workshops) to meet pipeline and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Sales, SDR, Partnerships and Business Units to align marketing activities with commercial goals.
• Execute joint campaigns with key technology partners such as AWS and Microsoft.
• Coordinate agencies, vendors and venues to ensure successful event delivery.
• Support target account selection, invitation management, attendee tracking and post‑event lead nurturing.
• Capture, qualify and transfer leads to Sales, contributing to pipeline acceleration.
• Measure and report on revenue influence, pipeline contribution, SQL generation and conversion metrics.
• Analyse under‑performing initiatives and recommend improvements in messaging, audience segmentation and event structure.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in B2B event marketing, partner marketing or event execution within a technology or enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end marketing programmes and deliver measurable ROI.
• Strong business acumen, data‑driven mindset and excellent coordination skills.
• Experience working with sales and partnership teams to align marketing with commercial objectives.
