F&B Service Expert - Summer Casual

About the role

As an F&B Service Expert you will create memorable dining experiences for guests at a W Hotel in Amman. You will work on the floor, ensuring that every interaction—from setting tables to serving meals—adds value to the guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, maintain clean work areas and supplies.
• Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest needs promptly.
• Read and verify menu information, assist guests in menu selection.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and navigate varied floor surfaces safely.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
