F&B Service Expert - Waiter / Waitress

About the role

As a Guest Service Expert in Food & Beverage, you will create memorable dining experiences for guests at our hotel on Dead Sea Road. You will be responsible for setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining clean work areas while upholding Marriott’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables according to restaurant standards.
• Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest needs promptly.
• Clean and organize work areas, supplies, and dining spaces.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance, uniform, and courteous communication at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related work experience in food and beverage service.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance), and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and reaching.
• Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company policies.
