Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Controller to join E&E Pharmaceuticals in Amman. The role will strengthen financial reporting, improve internal controls, and support the ongoing ERP transformation, ensuring accurate and timely finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee monthly closing, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Strengthen internal controls across sales, collections, expenses, inventory, and supplier accounts.
• Provide management with accurate financial analysis and decision‑making reports.
• Review accounting workflows and identify process‑improvement opportunities.
• Support ERP transition, system implementation, data accuracy, and reporting optimization.
• Coordinate with finance, sales, warehouse, and management teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Maintain proper documentation, compliance, and financial discipline across the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounting, financial control, or finance operations.
• Strong experience with ERP or accounting systems.
• Background in pharmaceutical companies, drugstores, FMCG, or distribution‑based businesses is a plus.
• Solid understanding of inventory, receivables, payables, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and capacity to work independently with confidential information.
