Fitness Trainer for Female Special Forces Personnel

About the role

We are seeking a qualified fitness trainer to deliver structured physical training and health education to female members of the Special Forces in Amman. The consultancy will focus on improving strength, endurance, mobility, and overall well‑being while respecting cultural sensitivities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct four weekly morning fitness sessions covering strength, endurance, mobility and injury‑prevention.
• Design progressive training plans tailored to operational needs and varying fitness levels.
• Deliver a one‑week classroom module (45 minutes per day) on basic nutrition, relevant human anatomy and practical health guidance.
• Monitor participant progress, provide informal feedback and adjust sessions as needed.
• Maintain a professional, disciplined and culturally appropriate training environment.

Required profile

• Experience working with female personnel in a culturally sensitive or high‑discipline setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt training to diverse fitness levels.
• Preferably prior work with military, law‑enforcement or special‑forces units.
