Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations at our property on Dead Sea Road, Sweimeh, Jordan. This includes culinary, restaurant, beverage and room‑service areas, ensuring guest satisfaction, employee engagement and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and control budgets for the Food & Beverage department, maintaining cost‑management targets and meeting financial objectives.
• Lead and supervise the Food & Beverage team, handling day‑to‑day operations, staffing, training and performance management.
• Oversee culinary, restaurant, bar and room‑service activities, ensuring compliance with food‑service laws, health regulations and brand standards.
• Drive exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest concerns and fostering a service‑focused culture.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and profitability.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least four years of relevant experience, or a two‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, etc., with at least two years of experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of food‑and‑beverage regulations, budgeting and cost control.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a focus on integrity and teamwork.
