Food Runner

About the role
Join Roberto's as a Food Runner and become a key part of our Guest Service Support team. You will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering food and beverages efficiently and maintaining a clean, well‑stocked service area.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables and ensure dining areas are ready for guests.
- Assist the kitchen by transporting dishes, trays, and supplies.
- Clean work areas, replenish utensils, napkins, and other supplies.
- Deliver food and drinks to guests promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a safe and organized environment, adhering to company policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior experience required; experience in a food‑and‑beverage setting is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
- Capable of lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
