Forex Relationship Manager

About the role

Capital Investments is looking for a Forex Relationship Manager to drive business development in the FX and CFDs trading industry. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, opening trading accounts and growing a portfolio of corporate and retail professional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily targets through proactive client outreach, including calls and in-person visits, with a focus on new customers and new trading accounts.
• Identify, pursue and develop new business opportunities in the FX and CFDs sector.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of corporate and retail professional clients, ensuring strong relationships and sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance and Operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Oversee client onboarding, monitor performance, track KPIs and drive engagement and satisfaction.
• Represent Capital Investments at industry events, exhibitions, webinars and workshops.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports, insights and market feedback to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in FX/CFD sales, business development or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition, portfolio management and relationship building.
• Established and active portfolio of clients in the FX/CFD sector.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of trading platforms (MT4) and financial markets.
• Solid understanding of trading analysis, including charts and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
