About the role
The Front Desk Agent at The Ritz-Carlton in Amman delivers memorable guest experiences throughout the stay, from check‑in to check‑out. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be empowered to handle operational needs, respond to guest requests, and share local highlights, ensuring every interaction feels part of a unique experience.
Key responsibilities
- Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Address guest requests, resolve issues, and provide information about the property and local area.
- Complete operational reports and maintain accurate records.
- Uphold safety, confidentiality, and company policies at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
- Professional appearance, communication, and adherence to uniform standards.
