About the role
The Guest Arrival Expert creates memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests, guiding them through arrival and departure experiences with personalized service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with check‑in and check‑out procedures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete required reports.
- Provide local area highlights and recommendations to enhance the guest stay.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets, and uphold quality standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and carrying objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform hands‑on duties.
