نبذة عن الوظيفة

تسعى مجموعة فنادق لاكشيري كوليكشن، بالتعاون مع ماريوت الدولية، لتقديم تجربة وصول مميزة للضيوف في فندقها بالعقبة. يبحثون عن شخص يضمن أن تكون الانطباعات الأولى والأخيرة للضيوف لا تُنسى.

المهام الرئيسية

معالجة احتياجات الضيوف التشغيلية وتلبية طلباتهم أثناء الوصول والمغادرة.
إعداد التقارير ومشاركة أبرز معالم المنطقة مع الضيوف.
التحرك داخل مساحة العمل للقيام بالمهام المطلوبة، بما في ذلك رفع ونقل أشياء حتى 50 رطلاً دون مساعدة.

الملف المطلوب

دبلوم المدرسة الثانوية أو ما يعادلها.
لا يشترط خبرة سابقة أو رخصة خاصة.

المهارات المطلوبة

القدرة على الوقوف أو الجلوس أو المشي لفترات طويلة.
الالتزام بسياسات الشركة ومعايير الجودة والحفاظ على السرية.
