Guest Experience Expert - Guest Relations

About the role

As a Guest Experience Expert you will create memorable, personalized experiences for guests throughout their stay. You will be the friendly face that guides visitors, handles requests, and showcases the best of the local area while upholding Marriott’s standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of guest services, from check‑in to check‑out, ensuring a seamless stay.
• Process operational needs, respond to guest requests, and complete daily reports.
• Share local highlights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 10 lb.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and follow company policies.
