Guest Experience Expert – Hospitality Operations

About the role

The Guest Experience Expert delivers memorable, personalized service throughout a guest’s stay at our hotel on the Dead Sea Road. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring every interaction feels seamless and adds value to the overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Guide guests through check‑in, stay, and check‑out processes, providing timely assistance.
• Process operational needs, complete reports, and address guest requests promptly.
• Share local area highlights and recommendations to enhance guest enjoyment.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and uphold company policies and confidentiality.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform light manual handling.
• Commitment to professional appearance, communication, and quality standards.
