About the role
The Guest Experience Expert creates memorable, personalized experiences for guests throughout their stay at Westin Saraya Aqaba Resort & Spa. Working on the resort floor, you will proactively address guest needs, guide them to local highlights, and ensure every interaction feels seamless and welcoming.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out and any in‑stay requests.
- Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions and wellness programs.
- Process operational tasks, complete reports and handle guest transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a safe, clean and professional work environment.
- Move, lift and carry objects up to 10 lb as needed to support guest services.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality, company policies and quality standards.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and transaction processing.
