Guest Service Agent - Movenpick Resort Petra

About the role

Accor is hiring a Guest Service Agent for its Movenpick Resort Petra in Wadi Musa, Jordan. First impressions matter, so the agent takes care of guests from arrival to departure, making sure each guest has a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional and personalised service to all hotel guests, visitors and ambassadors.
• Listen carefully to guests and make them feel heard.
• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction at every touch point.
• Exceed guest expectations and hotel standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle several tasks at once.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, including the Christmas period.

Required skills

• Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera Cloud preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
