About the role
Join our team as a Hostess and help create memorable experiences for guests at Roberto's. You will support food and beverage operations by ensuring tables are set, work areas are clean, and supplies are stocked.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables according to restaurant standards.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and replenish service areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of work zones and dining areas.
- Handle light lifting, moving, and placement of items up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
- Follow safety, quality, and uniform guidelines at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required; food‑and‑beverage experience is a plus.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
