HR, Administration & Organizational Development Manager

About the role

Al Mazraa Dairy is scaling up and needs a senior professional to shape the organization while keeping the operational backbone running smoothly across its head office, factory, and retail locations. This broad role combines organizational development, core HR responsibilities, and general administration.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement organizational structures to support rapid growth.
• Develop performance management systems tailored to diverse employee groups.
• Create and deliver leadership and capability development programs.
• Lead change management initiatives, including active restructuring.
• Ensure HR compliance, manage recruitment, and oversee core HR processes.
• Oversee facilities, licensing, and vendor coordination across all company sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience building organizational and people systems, not just maintaining existing ones.
• Strong knowledge of Jordanian labor law and HR fundamentals.
• Ability to balance strategic initiatives with day‑to‑day operational follow‑through.
• Excellent judgment and discretion, especially when working close to senior leadership.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
