HR Transformation Consultant – Oracle HCM Cloud

About the role

Deloitte is looking for experienced HR Transformation professionals to join its Oracle Practice in Amman. You will help clients redesign their HR operating models and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development activities, including proposal writing, RFP responses, and client presentations focused on Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Lead pre‑sales engagements by understanding client HR processes and showcasing Oracle capabilities.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define solution architecture and HR transformation objectives.
• Design HR strategies aligned with client business goals and identify opportunities to improve HR operations and employee experience.
• Produce high‑quality deliverables on schedule, ensuring a superior client experience.
• Partner with client HR functional leads (e.g., Head of Talent, Head of HR Services) to align outcomes and manage risks.
• Lead functional workstreams, act as the Oracle HCM SME, allocate tasks, review work, and provide feedback.
• Assist with project management to ensure delivery within time, budget, and quality standards.
• Maintain composure during conflict or sensitive situations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of HR transformation principles and Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities.
• Proven ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience delivering high‑impact consulting deliverables on time.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to lead functional teams and manage project risks.
