About the role
Key Jordan is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Officer to work in an outsourced capacity, supporting multiple client organisations. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end HR services, ensuring compliance, and providing a high‑quality employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR contact for assigned clients, managing day‑to‑day HR operations.
- Execute the full HR lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance support, and off‑boarding.
- Coordinate and validate payroll, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with policies and local labour law.
- Maintain HRIS data, generate reports, and improve system efficiency.
- Lead recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
- Ensure adherence to local labour regulations and client‑specific requirements.
- Handle employee inquiries, resolve issues, and promote engagement.
- Prepare HR dashboards (headcount, turnover, attendance) and support performance management processes.
- Participate in HR projects and process‑improvement initiatives across multiple clients.
- Conduct regular client visits to maintain relationships and assess service needs.
Required profile
- Maximum 2 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, HR systems, recruitment & onboarding, and HR policies.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
- Willingness to travel to client locations.
- Open to female candidates only.
