Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and performance‑driven Human Resources Specialist to join our Amman office. The role focuses on core HR operations, recruitment, data management, and performance management within a KPI‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate with department heads to plan workforce needs and ensure timely vacancy closures.
• Maintain accurate employee records, monitor attendance, leaves, and handle onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
• Support KPI framework implementation, assist in performance evaluations, and calculate bonuses based on performance indicators.
• Act as a focal point for employee inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and promote a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with Finance on payroll inputs, verify data accuracy, and manage employee benefits.
• Prepare HR reports, maintain HR systems, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Detail‑oriented, hands‑on, and capable of handling multiple HR functions efficiently.
