About the role

Ice Cream Maker Four Winters is looking for a dedicated Ice Cream Maker to join its production line. You will be responsible for creating high-quality ice cream that meets recipe specifications, taste expectations, and presentation standards while working in a busy, physically demanding environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and produce ice cream according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and visual presentation.
• Handle ingredients and production equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols throughout the production process.
• Monitor ingredient usage, minimize waste, and track production metrics.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food production, pastry, or a similar role.
• Friendly, engaging personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting.
• Understanding of basic food-and-beverage functions, including ice-cream preparation and waste tracking.
• Leadership qualities, initiative, and responsibility.
• Reliable, organized, and able to collaborate well within a team.
