ICT Presales Expert

About the role

The ICT Presales Expert will act as the technical bridge between Orange’s product portfolio and enterprise customers. You will translate business needs into concrete ICT solutions and support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical presentations, demos and proposals that showcase Orange’s ICT offerings.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions, identify business drivers and translate them into solution specifications.
• Collaborate with account managers to qualify opportunities and shape solution strategies.
• Design end‑to‑end ICT architectures covering networking, cloud, cybersecurity, collaboration and data‑center infrastructure.
• Produce high‑level designs, bill‑of‑materials, sizing, TCO/ROI analyses and proof‑of‑concept scopes.
• Work with internal engineering, product and delivery teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Provide technical responses during negotiations and assist in bid management.

Required profile

• University degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in presales, technical sales or solution architecture within the ICT industry.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and enterprise ICT solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of telecommunications products and current ICT technologies.
• Experience with solution architecture and design documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies applied to software development and project management.
• Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools.
• Understanding of networking, cloud, cybersecurity, collaboration and data‑center domains.
