Intake & Retention Specialist (English/Arabic) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Intake & Retention Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for personal injury victims. Working remotely, you will guide prospective clients through the intake process, qualify cases, and ensure a smooth transition to representation.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with professional customer service and route them appropriately.
• Qualify leads based on injury type, potential conflicts, and insurance details.
• Collect and document accident information, police reports, medical provider data, and incident photos.
• Explain retainer agreements, obtain signatures, and open accurate client files.
• Upload records to OneDrive and the firm’s CMS, assign cases to case managers, and set client expectations.
• Request, process, and organize medical records from providers.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual in English and Arabic (Spanish a plus).
• Strong communication, detail‑orientation, and ability to handle high call volumes.
• Reliable PC or laptop with wired internet, noise‑cancelling headset, and a quiet workspace.
• Availability for weekend and evening shifts aligned with US time zones.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM/CMS platforms, preferably Filevine.
• Proficiency using OneDrive for document storage.
