IT Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑oriented IT Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across the organization. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget while meeting business objectives and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring and closure of IT projects from initiation to delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and external partners.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and status reports.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Manage project budgets, resources and timelines for efficient execution.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and steering committee sessions.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards, organizational policies and quality requirements.
• Track and report progress, milestones, dependencies and KPIs to senior management.
• Support change management and smooth implementation of new solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering complex enterprise IT projects.
• Proven experience managing projects throughout the full lifecycle in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum Master are highly desirable.
