About the role
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Amman. The role involves supporting daily accounting operations and assisting with month‑end reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Record and maintain financial transactions and accounting records
- Prepare invoices, payment records, and supporting documents
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank and financial statements
- Support monthly financial reporting and account closing
- Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation
- Assist the finance team with daily accounting tasks and other assigned duties
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
