About the role
We are expanding our Finance team in Amman and seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to manage client accounts, follow up on collections, ensure timely payments, and provide outstanding service for our US‑based company.
Key responsibilities
- Track outstanding receivables, payables and bank accounts, maintaining accurate records.
- Communicate with vendors, clients or internal teams to clarify billing issues and resolve discrepancies.
- Support preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Gather, verify and consolidate data for financial analyses and assist with regular or ad‑hoc reporting needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work full U.S. business hours.
- Strong attention to detail and good time‑management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with accounting systems.
